MADILL — Dorotha (Dotty) Willard Phillips passed away at the Villa Nursing Home in Granbury, Texas, Friday, where she had lived the last few years.
She was born April 13, 1931, at home in Greasy Bend, Mannsville, Oklahoma, to the late Frank Willard and Sarah Smith Willard. She was the youngest of eight children, Lena, Oscar, Elliot, Norman, Sybil, Hattie, John. All have all passed now with the exception of John who resides in Mannsville with his family.
Dotty married Robert Allen Long of Dixon, Illinois, and had two children, Robert Allen Long, Jr. and Linda Darlene Long. She later married Carl Everett Phillips of Orr, Okla., and had Carla Marie Phillips Holt and helped raise his daughter, Joyce Elaine Phillips Hodgson, as her own.
Dotty attended the Church of Christ and she enjoyed playing bingo, collecting Shirley Temple dolls and crocheting.
She is survived by four children, 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchil- dren and one great-great-grandson, due this spring.
Visitation will be today at Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma from noon to 5 p.m. Services will be Monday, January 25, 2016, at 10 a.m. at the Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, Oklahoma. Matthew Benedick will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Mannsville Cemetery, Mannsville, Oklahoma.  
Casket bearers are Mike Word, Wyatt Freeman, Roger Hodgson, Wayne Medford, Antron Monroe and Alex Holt.
Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma.
