A two vehicle crash early Tuesday sent an Ardmore man to a Norman hospital with multiple injuries.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Aaron W. Green, 27,  was airlifted to Norman Regional Hospital in what was described as good condition, following the 7:28 a.m. collision on State Highway 53W, three miles west of Springer.
Green was driving a 1985 Jeep westbound on the highway when Harry A. Youngblood, the driver of a 1996 Kenworth tractor trailer also westbound on the highway, slowed to turn into a private drive. Green’s Jeep hit the back of the truck.
Green, who sustained both arm and leg injuries, was pinned about 15 minutes before being freed by Springer firefighters.
Youngblood, 63, Houston, was not injured.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.
Green was reported sleepy at the time he drove into the truck. Cause of the crash was listed as inattention.
