LONE GROVE — Luther Michael Miller passed from this life on November 11, 2016, at his Lone Grove residence, known as Eagle Ranch. He was born December 21, 1946, in Lone Grove, the son of Luke and Lois Battle Morgan.
Mike spent most of his adult life in California although he still considered Oklahoma his home. Mike joined the United States Navy and served four years and was honorably discharged. After his Naval time, Mike pursed his college career and graduated from Abilene Christian College. While in school, Mike worked as a police officer, and afterwards began running his own companies.
Mike’s favorite pastime was riding his motorcycles with the Weasels Motorcycle Club, which he was part of for many years and gained some of his best friends.
During the course of his battle with cancer, he maintained his positive attitude, sense of humor and remained incredibly strong until the end.
Mike is survived his mother, Lois Battle Morgan; wife, Linda Jean Miller; sons, Michael Thompson and wife, Lisa, Bryan Miller and wife, Ashley; his daughter, Dionne Camacho and her husband, Raymond; and sister, Janet Mackey.  He also has four nieces, Dana Miller, Tricia Auld, Tonya Miller and Krista Miller, and seven lovely grandchildren.  
He was preceded in death by father, Luke Miller; brother, Johnny Miller; and many aunts and uncles very dear to him.
Graveside rites with Naval Military Honors will be 2:30 p.m.  Monday afternoon November 14, in the Lone Grove Cemetery with Chaplain Matt Benedict officiating.
