She graduated from Ardmore High School in 1940 and then attended the Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha for one year. Hare and soon moved to Corpus Christi, Texas, where he was an aerial gunnery instructor in the U.S. Navy until the war’s end.  They returned to Ardmore, and she spent the rest of her life as a homemaker, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ardmore her entire life.  Narcille and Stewart bought their first motorhome within days of their younger child’s graduation from college, and for the next 25 years, they would take month long trips throughout the Western United States and Northern Mexico. She enjoyed solving jig-saw and crossword puzzles and playing solitaire. She was talented in crafts of all types and loved making things to give to others. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
