None of the teams advancing from the area out of the district round will be hosting, but several face challenging regional tournaments on Thursday.

In the Class 2A ranks, the No. 7 Turner Lady Falcons will travel to Binger-Oney for regionals.

Turner (21-5) will take on the No. 13 Okarche Lady Warriors (24-6) in their opening contest at 2:15 p.m. with the winner meeting either the top-ranked Lady Mustangs or No. 16 Sterling for the right to go to the state tournament.

The losers of the opening games will meet at 4:45 p.m. with the winner getting to play for the right to go to state at 6 p.m.

Following their upset in the district tournament of then No. 10 Wayne, the newly ranked No. 20 Ringling Lady Blue Devils will have to play giant killers once again if they are to make it to state.

RHS was handed a trip to Caddo, where No. 9 Rock Creek and No. 5 Soper will also be in action.

The opening game for the Lady Blue Devils will see them take on No. 4 Caddo at 1 p.m. with the winners advancing to play at 3:30 p.m.

Another team who was handed a difficult regional draw was the No. 10 Davis Lady Wolves.

DHS will travel to Magnum to take on No. 11 Fairview, No. 4 Washington, and the No. 2 host Lady Tigers. Davis and Washington will meet at 2:15 in their opening regional contest with the winners advancing to play at 3:30 p.m.

Another team who pulled off an upset at the district tournament was the newly ranked No. 20 Madill Lady Wildcats.

Their reward is a trip to Valliant, where they will be joined by No. 9 Beggs, and No. 6 Heavener.

Madill will take on No. 3 Valliant in the opening game of the regional tournament at 1 p.m. on Thursday.

The No. 7 Sulphur Lady Bulldogs will be hitting the road for regionals, after hosting the previous two years. SHS will make its way to No. 14 Mcloud, along with No. 13 Lexington and No. 2 Morris.

Sulphur (26-6) will meet Lexington in its opening contest at 2:15 on Thursday.
