Two Ardmore women and a local man were arrested Tuesday when the Carter County Sheriff’s Department and Ardmore Police Department responded to an agency assist request at a Bussell Ridge Road residence.
Kimberly Ann Lee, 47, Amy Royal, 44, and 26-year-old Logan Good were taken into custody without incident and booked into the Carter County Detention Center after they were found in possession of drugs.
A formal felony charge of possession of controlled dangerous substance was filed against each member of the trio Wednesday, as well as misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia charges.
All three made initial appearances before Special District Judge Carson Brooks in Carter County District Court shortly after the charges were filed. Bond for each defendant was set at $1,000 cash only. Each defendant was also given a June 22 case conference date.
Investigative reports indicate the officers were asked to provide assistance during the welfare check of a child living in the residence.
Lee, Royal and Good were located inside the house. During a check of the residence, officers found methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Prior to her arrest Tuesday, Lee was already scheduled to appear in district court May 24 to enter a plea to felony and misdemeanor drug charges connected to her arrest in February by Ardmore police.
Reports indicate Royal also told investigators she is currently on probation linked to recent drug conviction.
