Funeral services for Marion Keith “Tater” McGahey are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday at in the Craddock Memorial Chapel with Rev. Robert Peterson officiating.  Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will host a visitation night on Thursday evening at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m..
Keith was born July 27, 1944, in Woodlake, Cali. ,to Earl M. and Bonnie Belle (Shurley) McGahey.  He passed this life on Dec. 25, 2017, in Oklahoma City, Okla. Keith attended Plainview High School and was retired field Supervisor with the City of Ardmore. He was a member of the Ardmore Elk’s Lodge # 1906, Past member of the Moose Lodge, Ardmore Shrine Club, Scottish Rite Temple and Ardmore Masonic Lodge #31. But, his favorite pastime was playing in the band Junior Hutchins and the Red River  Rambler’s.
Keith was survived by his son, Brian Keith McGahey and his wife Nikki of Ringling, Okla; Daughter, Julie Shae Canterbury and her husband Kevin of McKinney, Texas.; Sister Norma West and her husband Sam of Ardmore; sister in law, Joy McGahey of Ardmore; Grandchildren, Britann McGahey, Kage McGahey Kanyon McGahey, Rhys Canterbury and Briggs Canterbury; Step grandchildren, Thomas,  Issac and Shelby Barnes. Nieces and Nephews, Debbie McCarthick, Sandy McCalip, Mark McGahey and Shelly Weaver.
He was preceded in death by his Parents and Brother Jack.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Kage McGahey, Kanyon McGahey, Blake Rudd, Issac Barnes, Shawn Geurin, and Rex Butler.  Honorary Pallbearers are Weston McCalip, Laret McCalip, Asa Weaver, Dillon McCarthick and Austin McCarthick.
