Bobby Warren Locke, 70, of Ardmore, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2017, at his home in Ardmore. He was born on Aug. 13, 1947, in Madill, to the late James Clyde Locke and Velma Faye Tillerson Locke. Bobby was raised in Madill, where he graduated from Madill High School in 1966. He married Daria Lynn Puckett on Dec. 11, 1970, and she preceded him in death on Dec. 8, 2011.

He joined the United States Army and served for several years before going to Oklahoma University where he received his accounting degree. Bobby moved to Ardmore and worked for Bacon Transport and later Samedan Oil Co. as their accountant.

Bobby, also known as Door Knob Bob, had booths at Canton, McKinney and Bowie, Texas Flea Markets. He was the founder and past president of the Ardmore Coin Club and was over the Flag Football League for several years in Ardmore. Bobby was a pool shark and enjoyed coin collecting, playing tennis and going to garage sales.  

He is survived by children Johnny Michael Locke, Phoenix, Ariz. and Amanda Anne Locke, Phoenix, Ariz.; grandchildren Blake Kime, Ashton Gray and Kalib Locke; sisters Wanda Pearce, Madill and Debra Hill and husband Dean, Madill; brothers Royce Gene Locke, Madill and Gary Wayne Locke, Healdton; and several nieces and nephews.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; brother, James Wendyl Locke; and sister, Dorothy Harrison.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill. Kenneth McIntire will officiate the service. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill. Condolences may be sent to
