Frances was a devout Christian woman. She went about caring for people in many ways, but most of these things were only known by her and the Lord. She did small things with great love. She loved her family with a fierce love that was shown to us daily.

She graduated from Blue High School. She played basketball and earned many academic medals. Frances rode the Dinky, a small engine passenger train with one car to Durant to visit family and friends. She was married to her husband, Sidney, for 58 years. They met at a basketball game when he and his friends were there checking out the girls.

She is survived by her children, Kenneth and wife Charmaine, of Bochito, Okla., James and Karen of Durant, Jerry and wife Peggy of Durant, and Jeanne and husband Mark of Ardmore. She is also survived by her sister Donnie Tucker of Springfield, Texas, her brother W.O. Hunter of Ardmore, and many nieces and nephews. She had eight grandkids, 14 great-grandkids, and two great-great-grandkids.
