Through two games this season, Class 4A hasn’t been kind when it comes to district play for the Madill Wildcats.

This unfortunate trend continued Friday night as the Wildcats were handed a tough 41-0 defeat against the Tuttle Tigers on the road.

Tuttle scored a pair of touchdowns in the first quarter with Carson Berryhill throwing a touchdown pass as well as Triston Truelove scoring a 26-yard rushing touchdown.

Truelove and Berryhill each struck again in the second quarter as Truelove had a 31-yard rushing touchdown, with Berryhill throwing a 30-yard pass to Parker Ross.

Tuttle finished off the game in the third quarter with two more touchdowns.

Mateo Fajardo was the leading rusher for the Wildcats in the game with 13 carries for 48 yards.

Madill (2-3, 0-2) will continue district play at 7:30 p.m. Friday night against the Harrah Panthers.
