Despite narrowly missing the playoffs this season, the Wilson Eagles football team still has plenty to celebrate when it comes to post season honors.

It was recently announced that a total of 10 Eagles football players were named to the 2018 District B-4 All-District awards list.

Trevor Schaaf was one of the big award winners for Wilson, as he was named the Offensive MVP for the season.

Trevor finished the 2018 season with 103 carries for 902 yards rushing, where he averaged 8.75 yards per carry with 14 touchdowns.

Despite playing in only seven games this season, Trevor was a unanimous selection, and will represent Wilson and District B-4 in the 2019 Class B All-Star game which will take place June 15, 2019 in Miami, Oklahoma.

Carson Fulton was named as a First Team choice at the receiver position, while Luke Honea was a Second Team selection at the receiver position.

Scotty Morse earned Second Team honors at the Offensive Line position.

Freshman running back Hayden Mantooth and fellow freshman Kaden Henry were both Honorable Mention selections on offense. 

On the defensive side of the ball, Logan Schaaf was named as a First Team defensive back, while Ethan Lowery was named First Team defensive end.

Hunter Wyatt and Axson Hunziker were both named as Second Team selections at the linebacker and defensive end positions.
