While the 2019 fast pitch softball season is still a long way off, the road map for next season as far as districts are concerned has been revealed for several area teams.

While the 2019 fast pitch softball season is still a long way off, the road map for next season as far as districts are concerned has been revealed for several area teams.

Multiple changes have occurred for the 2019-20 season when it comes to district allignments.

In Class 5A, Ardmore will be a part of  District 1, which will see the addition of the defending state champion Carl Albert Lady Titans, who are taking the place of Piedmont, who has been moved to District 2.

Also joining the district for next season will be El Reno.

In Class 4A, Blanchard, Bridge Creek and Chickasha will be joining Byng, Madill, Lone Grove and Plainview as part of the new District 2 alignment.

As for the Sulphur Lady Bulldogs, they have been officially dropped to Class 3A for next season.

Sulphur will  face off against Davis, Riverside, Lexington, Community Christian, Little Axe and Crooked Oak as part of the new District 3 alignment.

Also in Class 3A, District 4 will feature some changes as Dickson, Marietta and Kingston will face off against Marlow, Comanche and Lindsay. 

Tishomingo meanwhile has been shifted to District 5 along with Atoka, Antlers, Hugo, Valliant, Holdenville, and Idabel. 

The Healdton Lady Bulldogs will stay in Class 2A, where they will be placed in District 3 along with Minco, Amber-Pocasset, Dibble, Stratford, Walters and Frederick for next season in fast pitch.
