Ronald Quinn was born Jan. 19, 1938, at Wilkes-Barre, Pa., to the late James and Ruth (Patton) Quinn. Growing up there he was a graduate of Clark Summit High School, the class of 1955.
In 1956, Ronald entered the U.S. Air Force, an Airman First Class, he was honorably discharged in 1960. Ronald lived in Virginia for 18 years before moving to Ardmore in 1990. An auto mechanic, he was employed by Billingsley Ford until retiring.
In his leisure time he enjoyed training horses and working on his country place, south of Ardmore. Ronald died at his residence Dec. 28, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Lee Quinn, Mar. 27, 2014
Survivors include a son, James Quinn, step-son, Kyle Miller, two grandsons, Ryan and Brandon Quinn, two granddaughters, Kasey and Jade Miller, also two sisters-in-law, Karen Johnson and Denise Van Wyck.
Ronald had requested cremation with private family services.  Cremation-With-Care has been entrusted to Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home and Crematory, where condolences to the family may be sent online at
