After a narrow victory on the road Monday night against Temple, the Fox Lady Foxes decided to join the 20-win club Tuesday night at home.

After a narrow victory on the road Monday night against Temple, the Fox Lady Foxes decided to join the 20-win club Tuesday night at home.

The Lady Foxes improved to 20-4 on the season with a nine-point victory over the Turner Lady Falcons, marking the third time this year Fox has defeated Turner.

Fox led 15-9 at the end of the first quarter, before taking a 26-22 lead into the halftime break.

The Lady Foxes put the game away with a 23-18 second half run.

Bree Phelps led Fox with 23 points followed by Jada Newhouse with 17 points.

Turner was led by Kodi Durst with 10 points followed by Baylee Weatherly and Tallie Tynes with eight points apiece. 

Fox will play for a district championship Saturday night against either Wilson or Maysville at home, while Turner will take on Thackerville Friday night in the opening round of the playoffs at Velma-Alma.
