This was the case for the No. 17 Plainview Lady Indians Tuesday night, as they made it a season sweep against Comanche on the road with a comfortable victory.

Plainview held a 12-9 lead at the end of the first quarter, before going on a 12-7 run to lead 24-16 going to the halftime break.

It was in the third quarter when Plainview really began to pull away, as Comanche was outscored 20-11 in the frame.

Comanche outscored Plainview 11-10 in the fourth quarter.

Anna Simmons led Plainview with 12 points in the game followed by Reagan Chaney with nine points.

Riley Grant and Tally Morris each scored eight points in the game. 

Plainview (15-4) is back at home Friday night against No. 5 Sulphur beginning at 6:30 p.m.
