The No. 13 Marietta Indians will head into the playoffs on the heels of a two-game winning streak following a comfortable victory at home over Healdton Tuesday night by a score of 56-28.

The No. 13 Marietta Indians will head into the playoffs on the heels of a two-game winning streak following a comfortable victory at home over Healdton Tuesday night by a score of 56-28. 

Marietta led 9-5 after the first quarter, before going on a 20-8 run to close out the first half.

The Indians put the game away with a 16-3 run in the third quarter, before Healdton outscored Marietta 12-11 in the fourth.

James Wingo and Jessei Pittman led Healdton with six points apiece.

Marietta was led by Trace Stewart with 15 points followed by Coleton Taylor and Garrett Morgan each with 10 points.

Marietta will host Tishomingo Saturday night in their district championship game at 8 p.m. while Healdton will open the playoffs against Caddo Friday night in the first round of the district tournament at Allen High School at 8 p.m.
