For the fourth straight year, the stars of World Class Revolution Pro Wrestling will be hoping to hit all the right notes for a good cause Saturday night.

The annual Longhorn Stampede event will take place at the Lone Grove Middle School, with all the proceeds benefitting the Lone Grove High School band program.

However, this years event will be featuring a high-profile main event matchup, as Lone Grove native and CEO Jerry “The Boss” Bostic will be taking on former WWE wrestler M.V.P. with the winner earning a shot at world heavyweight champion Chavo Guerrero in Dallas, Texas on April 14.

“Every year that the company grows, allows this event to grow at the same time,” Bostic said. “We’re going to be taping this year’s event for television, so that’s definitely going to add something special to it for me and everyone involved.”

“Having M.V.P. involved is always special for me at any show,” Bostic added. “2018 was a very tough year on me emotionally and physically, because we began to grow and expand our brand at a very rapid pace. I’ve become very good friends with him through this process, and that’s what makes this match special for me. He’s an extremely accomplished wrestler from his time in WWE, Impact! and NJPW (New Japan Pro Wrestling), so this should be a great match.”

Last year when Longhorn Stampede III took place, World Class Revolution Pro Wrestling was only dreaming of the possibility towards expansion.

Fast forward a year, and the promotion is being shown across the country in syndication on various networks, and even running shows throughout the United States at various locations.

“The growth we have had over the past year has been overwhelming at times,” Bostic said. “We aren’t just a small local promotion anymore. I don’t think anything is impossible anymore for us as a company, the sky is the limit for us.”

Fans can expect to see other stars from the promotion in action including Sulphur’s own El Fuego Del Sol, Ja’Mane, Tego, the Revolutionary Champion Damon Windsor, Flex Zebra and many others.

“Surprise is a big factor at all of our shows,” Bostic said. “We’re ready to put on the best show possible Saturday night.”

Doors open at 6 p.m. Saturday night with bell time set for 7 p.m.
