As is often the case, best friends stick together through everything.

The same can also be said when it comes to sharing All-State honors.

Earlier this week, Plainview Lady Indians golf standouts Adeline Norton and Hallie Schultz were each announced as members of the All-State west team by the Oklahoma Coaches Association.

The 2019 All-State Golf competition will be held on July 22 at Cherokee Hills Golf Course in Catoosa.

This season, Norton finished outside the top-five just one time, while totaling seven other top-five finishes including a third place finish at the state tournament this season.

Schultz was just as solid on the course as she also finished in the top-five and the top-10 all throughout the season, while finishing tied for fourth at the state tournament.

Plainview won its third straight state title this season and fourth overall in program history.

Adeline will continue her golf career at Oklahoma City University this fall, while Hallie will be competing for Redlands College in El Reno.
