After achieving one of the most historic seasons in program history in 2018 with a 13-1 record and a state runner-up finish, the Ardmore Tigers now have a road map for their 2019 campaign.

After achieving one of the most historic seasons in program history in 2018 with a 13-1 record and a state runner-up finish, the Ardmore Tigers now have a road map for their 2019 campaign.

The Tigers will have a total of 10 regular season games, with no new teams on the schedule as far as opposition. 

Ardmore will open the regular season on Friday September 6 in the traditional fashion against the Ada Cougars, with the game taking place at East Central University.

The following week on September 13 will have the Tigers play their home opener at Noble Stadium against the Durant Lions.

Week three will have the McAlester Buffaloes make the trip to Noble Stadium for the final non-district game of the season on Sept. 20.

Sept. 27 will begin district play for the Tigers as they make the trip to Cameron Stadium for a contest against the Lawton MacArthur Highlanders. 

The month of October will open with another long road trip as the Tigers will travel to Altus for their second district game against the Bulldogs.

Oct. 11 will bring the Tigers back home for a district contest against El Reno, with Oct. 17 being the annual fall break contest, with the Southeast Spartans providing the opposition at Noble Stadium.

Eight days later, the Tigers will travel to Halliburton Stadium in Duncan for a game against the Demons, before the Noble Bears will make their first visit to Ardmore since 2017 on Nov. 1.

Ardmore will finish out the regular season on Nov. 8 in Oklahoma City against the Western Heights Jets.

The games against Lawton MacArthur, Altus, Duncan and Western Heights will all have 7 p.m. kickoff times, while all the others will have the standard 7:30 p.m. start time, including all the games being played at Noble Stadium in Ardmore.
