A Houston woman was critically injured in a Johnston County car accident Saturday morning.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Brooke Diane Spradley, 20, was heading northbound on State Highway 48, 1.4 miles north of Coleman, when her 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee departed to the right of the road way.

The vehicle reportedly rolled one complete time and came to a rest on its wheels, partially wrapped around a tree. The OHP reported that Spradley was pinned for approximately an hour and 50 minutes.

After being extricated by the Coleman and Tishomingo Fire Departments, Spradley was transported to the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. Spradely was admitted in critical condition with head, truck internal, leg and arm injuries, according to OHP.

The roadways were reportedly clear and dry at the time of the collision.
