Following a rough weekend at the Southwest Shootout, the Ringling Lady Blue Devils decided all they needed to get back on track was a taste of home on Monday.

The Waurika Lady Eagles proved to be just what the doctor ordered.

Ringling needed just four innings to sweep aside the Lady Eagles, as the Lady Blue Devils won 10-0, giving them their 10th victory of the season.

Meghan Roberts got the scoring started with a bang as she launched a solo home run to left in the bottom of the first inning.

Bree Wright then helped make it 2-0 when her fly ball resulted in an error, allowing Karagan Cox to score in the bottom of the second.

Sydney Southward made it 3-0 later in the inning as she sent an RBI single to center field.

Wright would make it 4-0 in the bottom of the third with an RBI groundout.

Rayme Tolliver made it 5-0 in the fourth when she scored on an error, before Wright brought home two more runs with a single.

Southward put the Lady Blue Devils on the brink when her ground ball resulted in an error, allowing two runs to score, before Roberts scored the winning run after Tolliver drew a bases loaded walk.

Tolliver took the win on the mound for Ringling, throwing four innings of work. She allowed two hits with three strikeouts.

Ringling is at Velma-Alma this afternoon.
