While the weather might have been cooling off Thursday night, the Fox Foxes were heating up.   The end result proved to be a third straight victory for the Foxes, as they defeated the Thackerville Wildcats 28-6 in a game that was called via forfeit after the second quarter.   Brandon Miller got the scoring started in the first quarter with a six yard rushing touchdown, before the point after attempt was missed.   There was no more scoring in the first quarter, as the teams traded possessions.   It didn’t take the Foxes long though to strike again in the second, as Miller got another rushing touchdown, this time from 12-yards out to make it 12-0.   Thackerville cut the deficit in half with a passing touchdown later in the quarter, before missing the point after attempt to leave it at 12-6.   With just over seven minutes left before halftime, Hawk Anderson dashed his way 15 yards for the touchdown, before the two-point conversion made it 20-6.   Just before halftime, Aaron Basset got a rushing touchdown to make it 28-6 after the successful two-point conversion.   Fox (3-3, 3-1) is back in action at 7 p.m. next Friday night taking on Corn Bible Academy in Weatherford.
