MARIETTA — Following her teams opening round loss at the Ronnie Moore Invitational, Ardmore Lady Tigers junior varsity coach Morgan Manley had a feeling her team was poised for a run.   Saturday afternoon, her girls proved that wasn’t just an opinion, but a fact.   A total of 12 players had at least one point as the Ardmore girls JV raced past Thackerville 57-30 in the consolation finals of the Ronnie Moore Invitational tournament at Marietta.   Ardmore never trailed in the game as the Lady Tigers went wire-to-wire, opening the game with a 9-0 run in the first quarter.   The Lady Tigers kept the offense rolling as they led 18-7 going to the second.   Ardmore managed to go on a 14-10 run to end the first half as the Lady Tigers led 32-17 going to the break.   Thackerville struggled in the second half as the Lady Wildcats managed just six points in the third quarter while Ardmore scored 15 of its own to build a 47-23 advantage.   A 10-7 run by the Lady Tigers in the fourth sealed the victory.   Khalayah Willis led the Lady Tigers in scoring with 12 points followed by Jakirah Bennett with 10 points.   Dajerea Clark scored seven points, with Chloe Rucker putting in six points, while Ahlya Anderson, Charli Fuller, Trinidee Jefferson and Crislyn Booker each scored for points apiece.
