It’s not easy to beat a team multiple times in a season, let alone twice in the same week.   But the Turner Falcons didn’t seem to have a problem doing just that against Thackerville Thursday night at home.   Turner used a balanced scoring attack to win its opening round game of the South Central Conference tournament against the Wildcats by a score of 54-40, moving them into the semifinals tonight at 8:30 p.m. against Maysville.   Despite coming out on the winning end of things, Turner found itself down 12-11 after the first quarter of play Thursday night.   However a 7-6 run by the Falcons before halftime had the game even at 18-18.   Turner took control of the contest in the third quarter with a 21-7 run before both teams scored 15 points in the fourth quarter.   Tyler Campbell led the Falcons with 14 points in the game followed by Caleb Carroll with 11 points with Hunter Johnston scoring nine points.
