Leading up to the fourth annual Byng Winter Classic tournament this week, a lot of talk was placed on how tough each respective bracket was for the boys and girls sets of games.   The Dickson Lady Comets found out it wasn’t just talk on Thursday afternoon against Harrah.   Despite 17 points from Sienna Young, the Lady Comets weren’t able to keep pace with the Lady Panthers, as they were defeated 55-42 at Byng High School.   Harrah came out with an 18-8 lead in the first quarter, before outscoring Dickson 16-14 to end the first half.   Dickson managed to stay with the Lady Panthers in the second half scoring wise, as Harrah narrowly outscored the Lady Comets 21-20 over the third and fourth quarters combined.   Mikayla Smith scored eight points along with Kayden Barton, while Audrey Young put in seven points for the Lady Comets.
