Beverly Joyce Leverton, age 72 and a resident of Highland Village, Texas was born on Sept. 2, 1947, in Sherman, Texas to Brady and Lorene (Brown) Chambers and passed away on Oct. 28, 2019, in Lantana, Texas. Beverly was a graduate of Ardmore High School in 1965 and grew up in the communities of Oswalt and Ardmore. She was a graduate of Oklahoma State University in 1969 with a bachelor degree in interior design.


Beverly is survived by her husband, Lynn Arthur Leverton and two daughters, Lindsay Leverton and Whitney Blundell and three grandchildren; Brooklyn Sperry, Baylor Blundell and Boston Blundell and her brother, Edward and Rose Chambers.


Her passions and hobbies included; decorating, thrifty shopping, bible studies with close friends, collecting beautiful things, staging homes, spending time with her grandkids and staying up late, lunch dates with girlfriends and traveling to Oklahoma and going to her family’s ranch.


A family visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2019, from 5 p.m. till 7 p.m. at Flower Mound Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, at Denton Bible Church in Denton, Texas. Burial will be at 4 p.m. at Rosehill Cemetery in Ardmore.


She loved the Lord her God, her family and grandchildren with all her heart. Her faith was evident to everyone she met and you could see God shine through her. A College Scholarship Fund for her grandchildren has been setup with Wells Fargo Bank in the name of “Memorial Fund for Beverly Leverton” in lieu of flowers.
