Darrell Mark Pittman

Darrell Mark Pittman, age 65, stepped into glory with anticipation surrounded by loved ones on January 13th at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was born November 21st, 1955 in Duncan, Oklahoma. He graduated from Ardmore High School in 1974. What he thought was the onset of a heart problem turned out to be acute myeloid leukemia, which was unable to be treated due to contracting COVID pneumonia.

Mark was a wonderful man that loved being active with a well-rounded repertoire of things to do, and he did them all well. He was excellent at anything he set out to do. As a servant of God, he was incredibly generous and had the most outstanding work ethic. He was a constant encourager and loved making everything fun with an incredible knack to find humor in everything. Anyone who knew him loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clark Pittman, and his brother, Bradley Clark Pittman. He is survived and celebrated by his mother, Alma Pittman; his wife of 24 years, Debbie Pittman; his 5 children: Darci Crouch, Jason Pittman and wife Jessica Pittman, Dustin Crouch and wife Lindsey Crouch, Darah Crouch, and Dallas Crouch and wife Alicia Crouch; his 11 grandchildren: Hallie, Kyla, Carson, Alyssa, Whitlie, Cole, Keegan, Gavin, Clayton, Alayna, and Ridge; his brother, Tracy Pittman and wife Laurie Pittman; his nieces and nephews: Amy, Maddie, Josh, Dusty, Levi, Kayman, Justin, Miho, Koko, Ken, Aaron, Claire, Allie, Andi, and Lindsey; his brother by heart Vaughn Tyler and wife Vicky Tyler, and a multitude of other loving family members and friends.
