Charles Duwayne Hale
Madill - Charles Duwayne Hale, 69, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. He was born on July 27, 1951 in McAlester, Oklahoma to the late Charles Dwight Hale and Martha Washington Dalton Hale. Charlie was raised in Madill and graduated from the Madill High School in 1970. He later attended Murray State College in Tishomingo, Oklahoma where he received his Associate Degree in Mechanical HVAC. He owned and operated Charlie's Mechanical Service and later owned Sportsman's Café. Charlie married Joanie Graham on July 31, 1984 in Ardmore. He was a member of the Open Range Cowboy Church in Madill and he enjoyed roping, bailing hay, breeding, and raising horses. His greatest love was his family, watching his grandkids and visiting with people.

11 Grandchildren: Brittni Stichert, Jalen Stichert and significant other Coby McClanahan, Tyler Owner and wife Karli, Kelsi Pierce and husband Zeke, Rylee Hale, Kenzi Fine, Chandler Love, Layla Love, Hayze Hale, Hudsyn Hale and Ella Hale
3 Great Grandchildren: Jaxstyn McClanahan, Wyatt Pierce, Ryland Pierce and one on the way.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents, 1 daughter; Carrie Stichert, and 2 brothers; Allen Hale and Greg Hale
Visitation will be Friday, February 12, 2021 at the Watts Funeral Home from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm with a family hour from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Service will be Saturday, February 13, 2021 at 10:00 am at the Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, Oklahoma. Kendall Whitehead will officiate the service. Interment will be at the Woodberry-Forest Cemetery, Madill, Oklahoma. Services will be under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill, Oklahoma. Condolences may be sent to wattsfuneralhome.com.
