Died: February 13, 2021 in Ardmore, Oklahoma

He was preceded in death by his parents: Herman Clark (Skeet) Logue and Blanche Leona, his brother: Curtis Lee (Pete) Logue, nieces: Natalie Kay, Tammy Jean, and nephews: Richard Glen and John Michael.

Dewey is survived by his sisters: Bernice Louise (Pat) Logue, Freda Lavone Logue, and Shirley Mae Logue, his wife: Irene May Logue, daughter: Stormy Kay Swindel, stepson: Pat Pope, stepdaughters: Annamarie Longfellow, Roberta Charlene Philmon, and Bonnie May Pollet, grandchildren: Sky Swindel, Kay Lynn Swindel, step grandchildren: Anna Marie Peterson, Leah Leann Blatti, Gregory Longfellow, Emily Clapper, Preston Clapper, and great-grandchild: Reagan Swindel.

Born in Sparks, Oklahoma, Dewey worked as a lineman until 1990. He bought and managed Town and Country Mobile Home Park. Dewey sold the mobile home park in 2000 and bought the bookstore Stranger Than Fiction for his wife Irene Logue.

Dewey loved the outdoors, fixing things, and making people laugh. He was loved by many and will be sorely missed.

Thank you to Encompass who took care of him for five years; they became family. Thank you to Elara Caring Hospice; they made his passing easier and I am forever grateful. Last but not least, thank you to Jessica Layton, his caregiver for three years; Dewey loved her like a daughter.
