Ardmore - Brunhilde Charlotte Rossman, 84 of Ardmore passed from this life on March 22, 2021 at her home from natural causes. She was born May 18, 1936 to Helen and Heinrich Rau in Langen, Germany.

Brunhilde grew up in Langen, Germany during World War II remembering the good and bad times of that period. Having heard the English language for the first time; planted a seed on immigrating to the United States. Upon completing her education and earning her cosmetology license she was ready to roll. Her wish came true in 1957 moving Ardmore where her sponsor's family was stationed in the Air Force. She became a United States citizen on January 23, 1963. Brunhilde began her career at Gracie's Beauty Shop, Larry's Beauty Shop, eventually becoming co-owner of Joyce's Beauty Shop where she met many wonderful Ardmoreites and Okies; becoming one herself. In October of 1969 she married Charles Rossman leaving Ardmore for a work opportunity with Texaco-Chevron in Sumatra, Indonesia which lasted 12 years. During those 12 years she and Charles met many more wonderful friends, who had an immense impact on her live with decades of grateful friendships. They became members of the First Baptist Church of Ardmore.

She met and enjoyed friends from all around the world. Playing bridge with her regular and substitute groups was a passion she enjoyed up until the last day of her life. Golfing, swimming, and traveling the world were interests she enjoyed along with raising three ornery boys.

Brunhilde was preceded in death by her parents, Heinrich and Helen Rau; father of children, Fred Mueller; sister and brother-in-law, Marga and Erving Stroh; and brother, Hans Wilhein Rau; loving husband of 52 years, Charles Rossman.

She is survived by her sons Jeffrey Mueller and his wife Linda of Keller, Texas, Quinn Mueller and his wife Michele of Ardmore, and Michael Mueller of Ardmore; grandchildren Joshua Allbaugh, Britton Mueller, Olivia Mueller, Natalie Mueller, and Charles Mueller; great grandchildren Chloe Mueller, Nolyn O'Neal, and Micah Mueller, and niece Ann and her husband Bill McCort of Olathe, Kansas.

Visitation will be Friday evening, March 26th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Craddock Funeral Home. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, March 27th at 10:00 a.m. at Rosehill Cemetery with Dr. Alton Fannin officiating.
