Funeral services for Shirley Chamberlain Harris, 84, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in the Harvey-Douglas Centennial Chapel with Brandon Henry, her nephew, officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery.

The daughter of the late Margaret Jane Gilbert Michael and W.E. Lemley. Shirley was born on November 8, 1936 in Clarita, Ok and passed from this earth July 2, 2021 at her daughters' home in Ardmore, Ok at the age of 84 years and 7 months.

Shirley was a people person and never met a stranger. She worked in our community in various areas of sales, including top sales representative for Zales Jewelers. Shirley was outgoing and was an asset to many sales companies with whom she was employed.

Shirley's hobbies included cooking for her family and friends, spend-ing quality time with her family members, and gardening. She took great pride in her yard and flower beds. She was selected for yard of the week.

Christmas was Shirley's favorite time of the year, which allowed her to shower her loved ones with many gifts. Shirley knew all too well what it was like to not have a Christmas.

Leaving to cherish her memories are her five beloved children. Two daughters, Ramona Chamberlain Henry and husband Bob Henry of Ardmore, Ok. Daughter Janie Chamberlain Pruitt and husband Fred Pruitt of Lone Grove, Ok. Three sons, Jeff Chamberlain of Ardmore, Ok. Tim Chamberlain and wife Heather of Hobart, Ok. Jason Chamberlain and wife Kathy of Roosevelt, Ok. Eight grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Several beloved nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Shirley was preceded in death by both of her parents, four brothers, J.D. Culberson, W.E. Lemley Jr., Louis T "Buster" Lemley, and an infant brother at birth. Three sisters. Maureen Jackson, Marie Jackson, and Christine Lemley. One nephew, Charles Lemley. Two grandchildren, Kelly Lee and Jason Dwight Chamberlain Jr.

Pallbearers are grandsons Matthew Rizzo of Durant, Ok. Beau and Austin Pruitt of Lone Grove, Ok. Daniel Chamberlain of Jay, Ok. Jacob Chamberlain of Hobart, Ok. Great nephew Gary Don Holt of Lone Grove, Ok.
