Norma Jean Parker

The daughter of the later L.B. "Red" Evans, Sr. and Juanita Dinah (Holden) Evans, Norma was born on May 24, 1963 in Durant, Oklahoma and passed away on September 30, 2021 in a Ft. Smith, Arkansas hospital at the age of 58 years, 4 months and 6 days.

Norma's early childhood was reared in Durant, Oklahoma but later the family moved to several other towns. She had been a resident of Ardmore for the past 20 plus years, where she and her husband Dennis have lived. Norma was a member of the WOW church. She was a homemaker. In her leisure time Norma loved spending time with her family and especially the grandkids. She also enjoyed gaming and going on motorcycle rides.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis of the home; sons, Brandon Evans, George Lovell and Cadie; daughter-in-law, Brittany Lovell; step-son, Dustin Parker; daughter, Tasha Cockrum and husband Kevin; step-daughter, Starla Parker; 12 grandchildren; brother, L.B. Evans, Jr.; sisters, Natalie McCall, Linda John and Carolyn Turner. Preceded in death by her parents; son, Daniel Lovell; sisters, Mary Lou Smith and Inita Evans; step-daughter, Dondria Parker; grandchildren, NaThia s "Smiley" and Brooklyn, Bryce.
