While there was plenty of hype coming into the Ringling/ Dibble game Friday night, by the end of it, there little doubt who is atop the mountain in District A-4.
Ringling used a pair of 14-point quarters to silence the Demons at Rick Gandy Memorial Stadium, moving them to 5-1 on the season and 3-0 in district play.
The shutout was also the fourth in a row for the Blue Devils since surrendering 13 points against Dickson in week two.
Kash Lyle proved to be the force on the night for Ringling as he accounted for 176 yards rushing and three touchdowns, the first of which came with less than nine minutes to go in the second quarter off a four-yard run.
Lyle got his second score of the night just before halftime with a nine yard scamper to make it 14-0.
In the third quarter, Lyle got his third touchdown of the evening, again from four yards out to make it 21-0, before Ethan Johnson finished off the scoring with a two yard run.
Ringling is off this week and will be back in action on Oct. 25 against Rush Springs.
