APD seeking public’s assistance in identifying suspects in counterfeit check cases

The Ardmore Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating the two individuals pictured. The two individuals are potential suspects in cases involving counterfeit checks.

The Ardmore Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two potential suspects in multiple cases involving counterfeit checks.

The suspects are believed to have written fraudulent checks totaling approximately $1,065 at two separate Ardmore businesses on Jan. 2 and on Jan. 6, according to a press release from APD.

The suspects are described as a white male around 50 years of age with a goatee and a white female in her mid to late 40’s with a large tattoo across her chest and dark hair with half of her head shaved.

Investigators have reportedly been attempting to locate and identify the suspects but are seeking the public’s assistance.
