No. 7 Tigers struggle against No. 10 Collinsville at East Central Classic

Thursday night at the East Central Classic, it produced a defeat for the No. 7 Ardmore Tigers.
No. 10 Collinsville proved to be a handful in more ways than one as the Cardinals defeated the Tigers 72-61 in the opening round of the tournament at the Ada Cougar Activity Center.
Collinsville jumped out to a 25-17 lead at the end of the first quarter, before the Cardinals outscored the Tigers 20-18 to lead 45-35 going into the break.
Ardmore was outscored 17-11 in the third quarter, before outscoring the Cardinals 15-10 in the fourth.
Chadre McGee led the Tigers with 19 points followed by Dion Brown with 12 points, and Anthony Jones with nine points.
